Questions people ask

We’re new to AI. Is this for us?

Yes. No technical knowledge is needed: we explain everything in plain words, show you where AI fits your business and set it up with your team, at your pace.

I’ve built something with AI tools. Can you finish it?

Yes. If you’ve built an app, automation or agent with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or similar and it’s nearly there, we review it, fix what’s broken, secure it, connect it to your real data and put it live. You keep the code.

Will we need to change our tools?

Usually not. We build around the tools you already use, and only suggest a change when it clearly pays off.

Can our AI run without the internet?

Yes. We can set up private AI, including assistants and agents, on hardware in your own building with no internet connection at all, so nothing leaves the premises and nothing is sent to outside AI companies. It’s installed and configured in person across the North East, especially Newcastle and Durham, by arrangement.

How is a first project priced?

After a short call we write up the scope and a price for the first piece of work, before anything starts. You decide whether to go ahead.

How do we know it’s worth doing?

We agree the measures before we start, chosen around your project: time saved, accuracy, customer experience, team adoption, or enquiries and sales. We estimate what changes, and if the numbers don’t stack up, we’ll say so.

Who owns what you build?

You do: the code, the configuration and the documentation.

What happens after handover?

We train your team and agree the support you need, from occasional check-ins to ongoing improvement.
